THE REAL STORY OF
CAPTAIN MIKE AND HIS CREW
Captain
Mike and his trusty crew of scallywags have sailed the high seas for decades in
their battered and beaten ship, the Rusty Nail. When Captain Mike and his crew
sailed into a port, instead of fighting and drinking like most pirates, they
would find the best cooks in town and have them share their recipes for their
fabulous foods. The Captain and his crew would always pay generously for these
delicious meals with gold coins and promised the cooks that he would make their
dishes world famous when he finally settled into a port and open his own place
to eat.
After
many years of faithful service the Rusty Nail finally broke down here on the
shores of Perdido. What a perfect time for Captain Mike and his crew to look
through the piles of recipes that he had collected over the years. The captain
always called this collection of recipes his Lost Treasure. After many years of
cooking to recreate the best of the recipes that they had collected during
their journeys, Captain Mike finally got them perfect.
Captain
Mike and his crew thought that the Perdido area was the perfect place to open a
restaurant for all the other pirates and their families to come and enjoy the
food that the Captain had to offer. With the help of his crew he opened what is
now called Lost Treasure Grill. The Captain offers an array of food to make even the grouchiest pirates smile
and say ARRRRRG. The Captain is proud to offer the best food around
including fresh seafood, juicy burgers to our homemade hushpuppies and onion
rings.
It is so very important to the Captain that
Lost Treasure Grill remains a family friendly place so the little pirates can
come in and enjoy the food so they can grow up strong and become a part of the
Captains crew and of course they can help themselves to some of Captain Mike’s
gold, which is guaranteed to bring you good luck and happiness.
But
beware, all who enter Lost Treasure Grill will be cursed with having great food
and a great time.
